Thanks for choosing The Eden Society. By purchasing a ticket or participating in any of our events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

​1. Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy
​
Finality of Purchase: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organisers.
Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold. Transfers may be permitted only with prior written permission from the organisers.
Event Changes: In the event of cancellation, rescheduling, or any material change to an event, attendees will be notified via the email address provided at checkout.
2. Attendee Eligibility

Our in-person events are designed to provide a welcoming, inclusive and comfortable space for women to connect, meet new people and build meaningful relationships within our community.

To help us maintain a safe and appropriate environment for everyone attending, in-person events are open exclusively to women aged 18 and over. By registering for or attending an event, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
​
We may ask you to provide or verify your date of birth when registering for an event, or at any point where we need to confirm your eligibility. If you are unable to provide sufficient confirmation that you meet the age requirement, we may be unable to confirm your attendance or may refuse entry to the event.
​These requirements apply to all attendees and are in place to help us maintain the community environment we aim to create for our members and guests.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

We want everyone in our community to feel comfortable and included at our events. If you have a food allergy, intolerance or specific dietary requirement, please let us know when booking or as early as possible before the event. We will make reasonable efforts to share this information with our venues and event partners and, where possible, accommodate your requirements.

However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment or that every dietary requirement can be accommodated. You remain responsible for informing us of any relevant allergies or dietary needs and for taking reasonable precautions to manage your own health and safety.

Attendance and Personal Safety

We want our events to be enjoyable, welcoming and safe for everyone. However, attendance and participation in any event is undertaken at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for taking reasonable care of yourself and following any safety guidance, instructions or requirements provided by The Eden Society, the venue or our event partners.

To the extent permitted by law, The Eden Society and its event partners will not be responsible for injury, illness, allergic reaction, loss or other harm arising from your attendance or participation where this results from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from your own failure to follow relevant guidance or disclose important information.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Liability and Indemnity

By attending an Eden Society event, you agree to act responsibly and respectfully towards other members of the community, our team, venues and event partners.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Eden Society, its affiliates and relevant venue or event partners against reasonable claims, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from your actions, negligence, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or failure to follow applicable event rules and guidance.

This does not affect any rights or protections you have under applicable law.
4. Photography & Media

Our events are social spaces where photography and video may be taken to capture the atmosphere, community and experiences shared at The Eden Society. By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs, videos or other recordings taken during the event, which may be used by The Eden Society for community, promotional and marketing purposes, including on our website, social media channels and other communications.

If you would prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let a member of The Eden Society team know before the event or speak to us when you arrive. We will make reasonable efforts to respect your preference and avoid intentionally including you in promotional content. However, as events are shared spaces, we cannot guarantee that you will never appear incidentally in group photographs or recordings.

5. Code of Conduct
The Eden Society is built around creating welcoming, inclusive and uplifting spaces where women can meet, connect and feel comfortable being themselves. We ask everyone who attends our events to contribute to that environment by treating other attendees, our team, venues and event partners with kindness and respect.

We do not tolerate behaviour that is threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, disruptive or otherwise makes another person feel unsafe or unwelcome.
​
If an attendee behaves in a way that breaches these standards, we may ask them to leave the event immediately. Depending on the circumstances, we may also refuse admission to future events or take other appropriate action. Where an attendee is asked to leave because of a breach of our Code of Conduct, event fees will not normally be refunded.

The Eden Society reserves the right to refuse admission or remove an attendee where we reasonably consider it necessary to protect the safety, comfort or wellbeing of our community, team, venue partners or other guests.

These Terms and Conditions, and any matters arising from them or your participation in The Eden Society's events, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes relating to these Terms or your participation in our events will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Acceptance of These Terms​.​
By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event or attending an event organised by The Eden Society, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them.

These Terms apply to all attendees and form part of the terms under which you participate in The Eden Society events.
